Absolute Quality's Cleaning Process

Before I start the cleaning process, I will do a "walk through" with you to determine those areas that require extra attention.
Thorough vacuuming of the carpet is recommended prior to cleaning . This helps to remove many of the dry contaminants that may exist in the carpet. Vacuuming is an additional fee if you are unable to do so.
I move sofas, love seats, chairs, tables, end tables, night stands and other light furniture items. No additional charges for moving these pieces of furniture. I will even put them back in the original place on protective blocks or tabs. I do ask that you please remove small, fragile and knick knack items to prevent any accidents.
Pre-spray and spot cleaning solutions are applied to stubborn areas & spots to break down soils, oils and contaminants to assure maximum stain and soil removal. Every attempt will be made to remove your spots and stains. Enzyme and deodorizing products may be an additional charge due to the nature of pet or human accidents or just malodorous smells.
 Next I hot water extract with a mild soap detergent that is heated to 190 degrees to get rid of all soils, spots, and most tough stains. My Hydramaster 4.7 truckmount has exceptional vacuum power to leave your carpet looking brand  new again, and most importantly a guarantee that your carpets will be dry in 24 hours or less.
After the carpets are cleaned to your satisfaction, a scotchguard treatment is highly recommended  to seal and protect your carpet surface against water or other liquids, oily based spills, or even dry particulates from setting in and causing bad stains. Your carpet will also clean up more naturally in future cleanings,which means less scrubbing to get the same clean result and even a faster dry time to give you more longevity out of  your carpeting. After the treatment is applied, I will brush groom it into the pile of the carpet to give you maximum protection.
